Our condolences for the Lydon family. Joe and Mike had many bridge games during lunch time at IBM. We both then played with Joe and Cherie in a couples group. We are so sad to learn of Joe's passing. I have a lot of great memories talking to Joe while floating around in the backyard pool summer after summer. Joe and Cheri were always generous about that, and invited us over for a swim any time we wanted. Joe was the best neighbor you could want, and was a good friend to my parents, my siblings, and me. Our condolences to Cheri and all the family.

I remember grandpa being a good pool player. He had that minature pool table game in the basement. That was always fun to play. I remember him good at all things, even basketball! His house in Poughkeepsie was always fun to visit.

Some of my favorite memories of my grandpa were from when I was a little girl. He would always do a magic trick with a quarter and it would keep me busy. He also taught me how to wink!
