I met Shane on a hike to Dover Stone Church in July of 2012, and was immdeiately struck by this tall, quiet, and observant young man with a camera in his hand. The photographs of Stone Church Shane shared with me through the next seven seasons are beautiful. With his permission at first, and then his encouragment, I posted many of them to the Stone Church FB page. My life was forever touched, and changed, by having known him. I was blessed. Thank you, Shane, for showing me another way to see nature.

Shane was so beautif inside and out . His love for nature was amazing. His talent in photography was beyond amazing.... His was always alway giving me hugs and kisses he wa my you hug teddy bear. He love you Val and Lamontso much. He had a great memory when i moved in his old apartmant i told them there was a little kids coat rack with a dog on it he said his dad gave that to him when he was 5. I meet shane for the first time and he was very talkative and happy, I loved his smile and soul. I was a bit shy but Shane made me feel comfortable he took my phone to place his number in it and i looked at him and asked what he was doing he just smiled and asked for my number. Then one week later i moved and shanes old apartment is my current place i feel so lucky how he will always be around me in spirit and he was truly a great pure soul i loved to be with. truly nikki xooxo
